1. All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any physical products, including Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

2. No Returns or Refunds on Services: This policy extends to our courses, training programs, and retreats. Once purchased, these services are non-refundable.

3. Quality Assurance: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
