A journey of deep relaxation through the crystal clear sounds of crystal singing bowls - suitable for your group, whether small (2-4 people), medium (5-15 people) or large (16-50+ people).
If you have a space to accommodate your group with yoga mats, floor mattresses, bolsters, pillows, blankets, I come on site with my selection of bowls. Transport costs are added for places located less than 30-45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, and adjusted accordingly beyond that.
In a 60 minute class we normally start with a brief introduction, light breathing and movement exercises, then a full relaxation session with guided meditation with the bowls and a transition to immersion in pure sound.
We can adjust the length of the session, add yoga asanas, mantras, pranayamas or meditation practices, general or individual oracle card readings, or other group progressions as desired.
A meaningful and profound shared experience, whether for simple group relaxation and sound exploration, a hen party, a babymoon, a bereavement, a corporate team building, or as part of 'a retreat.
