What is sound healing?

Because it is enveloping and literally penetrates deep into our soul, sound has healing properties that have been used since the dawn of time, in all ancient cultures. Today, scientific studies demonstrate that sound can generate changes in the autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems. Every atom, molecule, cell, gland and organ in the human body absorbs and emits sound. The entire body, including our brain, undulates in a state of relaxation, vibrating at a frequency of about 8 cycles per second, drawing us into and harmonizing us with the magnetic field of the earth itself! When a part of the body, or an organ, is healthy, it naturally generates a resonant frequency in harmony with the rest of the body. On the other hand, when the vibration of a part of the whole is no longer in harmony, we have "mal-à-dit" (diseases). With these "ill-saids", a different kind of sound is emitted, in the part of the body that is affected. When the healing sound is projected into a diseased area of ​​the body, harmony is restored as a whole.

What is energy healing?
