SEASONAL HEALING CIRCLE - AUTUMN SERIES

When we spend time in nature, we naturally feel a stabilizing and grounding effect on our overall well-being.
If we could regularly tap into this wellspring of regenerative energy—remaining present, never losing sight of our constant connection and access to this universal energy and wisdom—we would open ourselves to fully savoring the pure nectar of each moment.

Inspired by the power of connection with nature, I am offering this new Seasonal Healing Circle series.
Over a 13-week journey, we attune ourselves to the essence of the season, moving and adapting to the rhythm of nature while connecting with the energies of seasonal nourishment, the planets and stars, and the energies within ourselves.

Join me in this exploration through:

• 13 weekly one-hour sessions, available on demand
• Each session includes:
– 10 minutes of weekly teachings
– 10 minutes of gentle movement and breathwork
– 20 minutes of meditation immersed in a crystal sound bath

• Teaching themes include:
– seasonal bodily needs
– nourishment and diet
– rest, movement, and exercise
– emotional focus
– astrological energies
– chakras, rituals, self-care, and more

• Support in establishing a regular personal practice through a simple 10-minute exercise you can repeat throughout the week
• Access to the sound bath meditation whenever you need a moment of inward reflection and inner calm
• Cultivating a meditation practice through either a guided version or a pure sound-only version of the sound bath
• Being part of a supportive community, where sharing and mutual encouragement continue throughout the program
