Global Wellness Day — Return to Joy

Every year on the second Saturday of June, millions of people around the world pause together for Global Wellness Day — a not-for-profit movement founded in 2012 and dedicated to living well.

This year marks its 15th anniversary. The theme is #JoyMagenta — a reminder that joy is not a luxury, but a necessity. That it is not something we wait for, but something we choose and cultivate. 

This morning is my way of honouring that.

We will move through restorative yoga — slow, held, unhurried. Pranayama to settle deep. Then a full sound bath to close. Two and a half hours to come back to something quieter in yourself.

Not a workout. Not a programme. A return.
