The recent pandemic, is one of the most extreme situation, your children get interrupted and constantly battling with a lot of uncertainty, specially we don’t know what will happen, how long it will last, when it is over. However, it is we all know worrying won’t hep the situation. Practising how to cope with uncertainty is a huge part of healthy mental skills for all of us.
