The Breath of Life

A 7-Week Journey Home to Yourself

Each breath is a prayer.

Each exhale, a release.

Each inhale, a return home.

The Intention

The Breath of Life series was born after our London retreat, where many shared how deeply the breathwork practices touched them — how something as simple as conscious breathing could awaken peace, clarity, and a sense of being utterly alive.

Soon after, the early passing of a dear friend who was with us on that retreat anchored an even deeper reverence in me — a reminder of how sacred and fleeting each breath truly is.

This series is my way of carrying that realization forward — a space to honour life itself through the rhythm of breath.

It is not about performance or perfection, but about devotion — the gentle, daily act of returning home to yourself.

What to Expect

Over seven weeks, you’ll explore a new facet of breath each week — from presence and purification, to intuition and vitality.

Each practice takes only 3 to 10 minutes a day, a pocket of stillness you gift yourself.

At first, it may feel like another thing on your list.

But commitment is the bridge — discipline slowly turns into devotion.

And with time, you’ll notice it:

your body softening, your mind clearing, your energy harmonizing.

You’ll no longer have to practice — you’ll want to.

Because every part of you remembers how it feels,

when you give your time and attention to your inner layer.

That’s when practice becomes prayer.

A Living Dedication

This series carries a quiet dedication to a dear friend — a luminous soul whose laughter, kindness, and courage continue to ripple through every heart he touched.

Through his life — and his leaving — I was reminded that each breath we take is a miracle.

All proceeds from this offering will go toward supporting his loved ones and family, as a living thread of remembrance.

Closing Blessing

May these seven weeks remind you

that breath is not something we do —

it is who we are.

When we remember to breathe,

we remember life.
