Cancellation

Cancellation and refund policy on classes and trainings

 - All classes and trainings once booked are non refundable.

- In the case of waitlisting for a class or training, your spot is not guaranteed until you have fully paid for and registered for the class or training.

- We endeavour our best efforts to avoid but reserve the rights to alter the dates, times or venues for the classes or venues due to unforeseen reasons.

- In special circumstances, we might consider personal requests for change of dates for booked classes or trainings but only if advance notice was given and communicated directly with eunice@crystalbowloflight.com

- In the event of a no show to any class or training, full payment is considered to be forfeited.

- No transfer of classes to another person is allowed.

- In case of financial difficulties, write to eunice@crystalbowloflight.com for staged payments or scholarships

- Dans des circonstances particulières, nous pouvons prendre en considération des demandes personnelles de changement de dates pour des cours ou des formations réservés, mais uniquement si un préavis a été donné et communiqué directement à eunice@crystalbowloflight.com.

- En cas d'absence à un cours ou à une formation, la totalité du paiement est considérée comme perdue.
